WARRANTY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction and service, so with all domestic web or telesales returns we offer free return shipping. Ozonics offers 100% product replacement for your HR-200 or HR-300 on any workmanship or component defects limited to 1 year from date of purchase. All batteries and accessories have a 100% product replacement warranty for workmanship or component defects for 6 months from date of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:
Begin by always calling our Customer Care Product Specialists at (979) 285-2400. They will diagnose your issue and help assist you with the return process if a return is necessary. For all retail location purchases you can return or exchange products through the retailer, subject to their specific return policies.
Return by Mail –
If you purchased directly from us at ozonicshunting.com or by phone from our Customer Care team, and you are within the 30 day return policy, then you may also opt to set-up a return by mail.
To initiate your return online, request an Ozonics Return Authorization Number through our Customer Service form. Be sure to include your order number for faster processing.
Alternatively, you can call Ozonics Customer Care and speak to one of our Product Specialists at (979) 285-2400 for your Ozonics Return Authorization Number.
We will email you complete instructions together with a pre-paid bar-coded Ozonics Identification Return Label and ask that you attach it to the outside of your package.
Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee (see restocking fees below).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
We will email you again to confirm when the credit has been sent electronically to your credit card. Please allow 48-hours for funds to post to your card.
Return Authorization (RA) Number Required
All products being returned by mail must have a Return Authorization number in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization number. Original freight charges are not refundable.
30-Day Return Period
For any non-warranty return you must request a Return Authorization number for all unused and unopened products within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
A 10% restocking fee may be charged for any product when the factory seal has been broken.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
Retail price will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. the retail amount of any product not in “sellable” condition will be deducted from the refund amount).
Items not Directly Purchased from Ozonics
Any item not purchased directly from Ozonics must be returned to the original place of retail purchase and is subject to the return policies of that retailer.
Products or packages mailed directly to Ozonics Headquarters without an Ozonics Return Authorization Label clearly attached to the front of the package may be REFUSED DELIVERY and returned to the sender at their cost.
